The Daikin approved DUK-11 and DUK-12 courses are designed to provide training and knowledge for HVAC professionals. These courses cover key concepts, installation procedures, and maintenance practices specific to Daikin systems. Participants will gain hands-on experience and theoretical insights to enhance their skills and ensure optimal performance of Daikin products. Completing these courses equips technicians with the confidence and expertise to excel in the field.
DUK-H11 (Level) 1
DUK-H12 (Level) 2
The course takes place at the Bristol Daikin Training Centre. It is a mix of classroom training and hands-on time with the equipment. It runs for 1 day, starting at 0900 and finishing at 16:30.
It is suitable for electricians, plumbers, refrigeration engineers and heating engineers.
You must have completed level one before you can attend level 2
There is a short exam at the end of the in-person course which must be passed in order to gain formal certification.

It is suitable for electricians, plumbers, refrigeration engineers and heating engineers.
There are no formal qualification requirements for attendance except for the online course mentioned below.
The course covers both D & E Series R32 Altherma Monobloc units.
PLEASE NOTE: The DUK-H1 on-line Altherma product introduction course must have been successfully completed prior to attending this course. A link to the Daikin online training academy is below.
